Just wanted to say thank you for the great job on our most recent shipments to Arizona. (W. D. Henry - Fountain Hills, AZ) Everything arrived in perfect condition. A special thanks for the wonderful job on the bar we shipped. I've never seen anything packed so well. I also should mention that the guy who delivered the bar in AZ (an Overnight driver) went far out of his way on our behalf. I'm sorry, but I have lost his name.

At any rate, it was another stellar performance by you and your folks.

I wanted to send you a short note to let you know that the staff at the UPS Store/Clock Tower in Herndon are the best I have ever dealt with. I have used this location to provide UPS shipping for me several times (always great service) but I wanted to specifically mention my last visit. I am in the process of moving out of state and wanted to ship 26 boxes to my new location. I went to a larger location in the area because of the size of my load and was treated rudely and was hassled about everything, I decided not to use their services (that location). So I called the Clock Tower location and they told me no problem, bring them in, and I did. I was helped with the transport of my boxes into the store, the whole shipment was processed together - even though it took me 3 trips to the store to get all of the boxes there, and most important they were pleasant, helpful and professional about the entire process.  What a great experience. Though I am moving out of state and won't be needing their services again, my friends and relatives in the area certainly will be using them.
