Excellent, efficient customer service!  I appreciate that it's family owned and operated by a great Christian man, who cares aboyut his employees and customers.

ENORMOUS FAN  Is it weird to be a fan of a UPS Store?  Maybe, but these guys totally deserve it.  This UPS Store is my favorite place to ship things, partially because it's convenient but mostly because everyone there is polite, they get things done qu ickly, and the store always has everything and anything I need.  The atmosphere is pleasant and employees seem like they're genuinely enjoying themselves.  These qualities have not changed in the several years I've been going there.  One would think that these things are easy to pull off but every time I go to a different place (Kinko's, etc) I  am reminded why I go to this particular store. 

Just a quick note to tell you how much I appreciate the fine work your shop did for me (a large shipment of estate china, crystal and family heirlooms).  Everything arrived in excellent condition - not one broken crystal stem or piece of china.  Many thanks for your supreme professionalism!

The employees at this store smile, share friendly conversation while promptly completing the transaction, and remember family members to whom I ship.  They are very helpful.  They have never made a mistake with my business.  They remind me how to track my package and tell me the projected day of arrival.

Reagan runs the best UPS store in town!  My favorite "go to" guy in the shipping business.  He can professionally pack all sizes and shapes of my ebay items and always has a solution.  I've shipped large restaurant equipment to surfboards with Reagan with great success.  I drive about 15 minutes further from my home to his store because of the excellent service...that should tell you something!  This UPS Store receives my personal recommendation, hands down winner!

This is a very accommodating store with good management and well trained employees who are very pleasant no matter how busy they are.
