The Fine Print is all good - rates are complete; i.e., no sales tax, no set up fees, no key deposits - no add ons for any service provided except mail forwarding (i.e., you ask us to receive your mail and then forward it to another location).

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
From individuals to large businesses, there are lots of ways to take advantage of the mailbox services at The UPS Store ! Just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way! It's easy:
STEP 1: Download and complete form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").
STEP 2: Complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 3: Come into the store, or call us at (913) 649-2925 for pricing or current specials and to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and payment.
