1. Decide which size and term and type is best for you by clicking on the MailBox Service Option link at the very bottom of this page
2. Fill out the "Order a New Mailbox" area below. The information you submit will print on Mail Box Service agreement which you can print or send to us.
3. print the MailBox Forms, found in the Frequently Used Forms link at the left of this page
4. submit the completed forms to us:

* fax to 505-821-8344
* bring them in person
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
* if ordering a mailbox by long distance, please provide a phone number or e mail so we can call you to make payment arrangements.
** Section 8 of the USPS form 1583 requires two forms of photo id's. We will need you to submit copies of the id's along with the completed forms (step 3).
***Your signature (Section 16 of the USPS Form 1583) must be notarized unless you are sumbitting forms in person.
