Heather -Store Owner
Heather has been part owner of the UPS store for the last 7 years, purchasing the store in October of 2003. Heather’s background includes graduating from Indiana University with a degree in criminal justice and working for the Indiana Dept. of Environmental Management as a web designer. She is very knowledgeable about all UPS products and services, and she is committed to helping you with your printing, packing, and shipping needs. Heather is in the process of purchasing another UPS Store in Hawaii located on the Island of Oahu. Can you say “Aloha”? |

Julie -Operations Manager
Julie has been the manager of the Avon UPS Store for the past 13 years. Before coming here, she had eight years of retail experience. Julie enjoys helping others and has a great rapport with her customers of many years. In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband Steve and enjoys gardening, baking and taking daily walks with her dog, Herbie. |

Hilary -Printing Specialist/ Manager
Hilary is one of our Customer Service Associates and has been with The UPS Store for almost 3 years. She is a great help to our customers, and is especially helpful with the printing and file setup needs. Hilary is a graduate of Avon High School and is attending Ivy Tech for a business major. While in high school, Hilary was always active as both treasurer of Student Council and yearbook staff photographer. Hilary enjoys cooking and baking, but her greatest passion is her beautiful baby niece Jordan whom she enjoys buying clothes and toys for and spending as much time as possible with.Hilary’s goal is to grow the printing business in our store, letting our clients and others know the expertise we offer. |

Kyle -Associate
Kyle joined our staff this past year and brings with him a certain charm and ability to not only serve our customers, but make everyone feel comfortable. Cars and motorcycles, as well as basketball and Frisbee, are just some of his favorite things to do when relaxing away from work and school. He is a student at IUPUI majoring in international business with a minor in Chinese. Music is Kyle’s passion as he plays the trumpet, piano and violin. Kyle is a member in good standing of the Purdue Marching band and a brother of PI KAPPA ALPHA fraternity. |

Jane -Large Format Specialist
Jane has worked in the Reprographics industry for over 12 years and has developed a trust and loyalty with her customers. As the former operator of Avon Reprographics Center here in Avon, she and her husband recently brought their client base to the UPS Store. With this move, the UPS Store is able to bring more diverse printing, scanning and other large format options as well as all the small format services. Need help mounting projects from posters to art work or what about custom cutouts for any sort of occasion, including trade shows, graduation and anniversary parties, pet memorials and anything your mind can conceive? Jane is your lady for such a thing. In her spare time, Jane loves to cook, grow container gardens, and is an avid reader. |
