FAQs
1. What is AuctionDrop?
AuctionDrop is the original eBay drop-off store. We pioneered the retail drop-off concept designed to assist individuals selling their items on eBay. Through our relationship with The UPS Stores™, AuctionDrop makes it easy and convenient for anyone, anywhere in the U.S. to sell on eBay.
2. What items can I sell?
We accept a wide variety of items, from cameras and computers to purses and musical instruments. Items must be legal to sell on eBay, be shippable by UPS, have an eBay value of over $75 and weigh less than 25 pounds.
3. Will my item be safe?
Items will be professionally packaged at The UPS Store and shipped to AuctionDrop, where they'll be stored in our secure listing facility and insured for their fair market value (up to $5000). AuctionDrop has processed tens of thousands of auctions and stands behind every sale.
4. How long does it all take?
Items will be listed on eBay within two weeks. The eBay auction runs for seven days. Customers will receive a check two to three weeks after AuctionDrop receives payment from the buyer.
6. What's the benefit to the client?
Ease and convenience are the greatest consumer benefits. AuctionDrop's processing center is staffed with experts in photography, ad copy, research and customer service. Running an auction on eBay can be time consuming and involve a lot of customer contact and other nagging details. AuctionDrop does all the work. Additionally, by simply dropping their item off, AuctionDrop sellers benefit from the confident bidding that comes with eBay Titanium Power Seller status-the highest eBay level.
