Hi,

I just wanted to write a brief note to compliment the management and staff at the 3430 E. Jefferson Ave., Detroit, MI, UPS Store for their warm, courteous, professional service.  

I have leased a mailbox there for at least a year now and visit the store at least once a week.  I am always greeted warmly, both in person and on the telephone.

And, no matter how busy the store might be, my friends there always put on their “best face” and keep any work-related or personal stress or challenges that they might be managing -- out of our customer service experience.  I see them greet others equally as warmly and I feel like “family” each time I come into the store. 

For this, I am most grateful and appreciative.  I’m sure that I speak for other customers, as well.
