Just follow the steps below -- It's easy: STEP 1: Complete the required (*) fields on the Order a New Mailbox form below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement and the form 1583 (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").

or call us (803) 327-1732 to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification (the approved Post Office ID's are listed on the 1583 form), and we will set up a payment method at that time.
