We recently had an emergency need at the end of the day to ship some expensive equipment from Minneapolis to our office in Dallas. We had to rely on Paul Engelman and Andrew Murphy at one of your UPS storefronts to pack and ship our gear for us.I am writing to tell you they did a fantastic job, and our $10,000 computer arrived in perfect shape, packed better than we do it ourselves.
It is a real pleasure to receive that kind of service. Lots of companies today like to tout their service and employees, but not many have people like Paul or Andrew, who actually did go the extra mile for a customer.

We hear a lot these days about the importance of shopping locally to support one's hometown community. In that vein, I would like to thank the manager of the UPS store located in Wayzata's Colonial Square shopping center for his very conscientious and friendly service. I stopped in to the store to make copies. A young man gladly made me the copies in short order. I was almost embarrassed to only be charged 30 cents but I fetched a dollar from my wallet and threw the change into my purse. When I got back to my car, I headed down to Lake Street to buy a book at The Bookcase. As I put the key back in the purse, I realized my wallet was missing. In a panic, I headed back to the Colonial Square and returned to the UPS store. Opening the door, the same young manager held up the wallet. I just want him to know how appreciative I am and I want the owner of the store to know what a fine young man he has as a manager.Judith
Thanks for the follow-up message, Paul. I really enjoyed working with you and your "helpers". I greatly appreciated Andrew's follow-up call, too. Everyone (including Nate) was as helpful and polite as could be from the beginning to the end of the transaction.The clock is gorgeous, and I didn't worry nearly as much as I usually do about the shipping. Once my husband and I opened the first box and saw the packing, I knew then for sure that all would be okay - which, of course, it was.
If I ever have another transaction in your area, I will certainly call upon you. You offer a very valuable service that can be really hard to find.

"A few weeks ago, I called Andrew and arranged for a huge Christmas Cactus to be shipped to me in Idaho. Andrew arranged everything without missing a beat. The plant arrived safely and is in my house now. I have shipped many plants from all over the nation and have worked with many UPS Stores, but you guys done the best job from A-Z!I really appreciate the great customer service! That is very hard to find these days!
