UPS Drop Off Headquarters - Do you have a UPS prepaid return that you don't know what to do with? Bring it to us! We will cheerfully accept properly labeled packages and get them on their way for you. We are conveniently located on Alps Road next to Chick fil A, and we are open weeknights until 7:00PM and on Saturdays till 4:00pm. Our last UPS pickup is 6:30pm Monday through Friday and 1:30pm on Saturday. It couldn't be easier!
Luggage Forwarding - Avoid the airport check-in lines and additional fees! Ship your luggage directly to your hotel. We'll even pick your luggage up from your home or office and we can arrange the return shipping as well. It's convenient and the delivery is guaranteed!
Document Shredding / Destruction- We accept shredding of all documents. Your items are placed on our scale, weighed, and then they are placed in a locked bin. Once the items are taken away for shredding. A per pound charge applies.
Document Scanning / Archive Service - Converting your paper files to electronic content can make it easier to locate information, reduce file space and help accelerate your business processes. We will scan all of your important documents and save them to a CD, DVD, USB drive, or hard disk. Your originals will be returned, or if you prefer, we can shred them for you.
Passport Photographs - If you are traveling abroad, The UPS Store can make your preparations more convenient. Our photos meet all requirements for U.S. passports and most other photo identification cards. With your passports in hand you are ready for the next step in applying for your passport. Virtual Mailbox / Parcel Receipt - Need something delivered to you but prefer it not go to your residence (for privacy or security reasons)? Just call us and set up our Virtual Mailbox Service. We'll accept your package, log it into our tracking system, and send you an email or phone call to let you know that we have received it! Convenient, simple, and it keeps your pesky neighbors from swiping your packages.
