In an era when so many service industries seriously lack the quality customer service they should be offering, the South Street, Phila, PA franchised UPS Store is the exception. This is the second time I have brought something for them to pack and ship. They are gracious (even helping me to carry the heavy item from my car), professional and the packages have arrived in a timely manner --- and in tact. The experience was stress-free BOTH TIMES. Also, call them with questions prior to going there. They will accurately answer your questions. That way, you won't be disappointed when you arrive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I needed slides for a presentation today - they made them very quickly - they looked great. Definitely recommend this place. I have lived in the neighborhood for a few years now. I have been there several times but I'm definitely going to use them more. The guy (the Owner) was totally nice. Definitely nice to have in the neighborhood.

great servcie i send and get lots of boxes to the store and always get the best service from all the guys there ..my bottom line is that they make my day easier and i can always trust them .. its just feels like they appreciate your business
Amazing Print Services - who knew?! This is such a great find! Really fantastic printing of all sizes on all kinds of media. Very high quality, and they can print out really large sizes too. Talk with Scott - he knows what he's doing, and is so great to work with. He'll tell you if what you want to do is going to work, and if not will help figure out the best way to get it done and will think of creative ways to work within your budget. Highly recommend!

Excellent Color Copies! I'm a graduate student working on my masters in design. Needless to say, I often need projects printed for both school and prospective employers.I've been to several Kinkos (17th and Walnut, 11th and Market) and they are unable to print pdfs that even remotely resemble the colors I spent hours "getting right". Not only that, but no one that works there ever tries to help and I've spent waaaay too much money on terrible prints. I've gone to print shops and they do a great job, but I cringe when I see the bill. I've had to shell out money well beyond my means just to finish school projects. In a time crunch, I stopped by the UPS store last week and it was an awesome experience. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful ..
