HOW DO I SIGN UP?
From individuals to large businesses, there are lots of ways to take advantage of the mailbox services at The UPS Store Apopka. Just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way! It's easy:
STEP 1: Download and complete form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent"). (Fancy way of saying they want to know you get mail at our store.)
STEP 2: Complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 3: Come into the store, email us (store3501@theupsstore.com), or call us ((407)786-1593) to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and payment of course.
