Thank you so much for sponsering last year's shoe drive. We collected 1,144 pairs of shoes last year! Those shoes are now on the feet of so many people who never owned a pair of shoes in their life. Think of how many children will get to finally go to school now they have a pair to wear. Sarah's Girl Scout troop 30039 wants to do it again! Our shoe drive will start April 4th until May 7th, 2011. Please donate your gently worn shoes, no high heels please, to our wonderful UPS Store in beavercreek. Kelly, you have a heart of gold! Thank you so much!03/31/11

Dear Kelly,First of all, you have a wonderful employee in Amy. She was extremely helpful in helping me cut through the red tape in order to get the insurance money payment. She remembered seeing the packages, and that they were packed well, and assisted me in submitting another claim after the first one was denied. In an age when customer service can go awry because employees are told to push sales, it's nice to see an organization The UPS Store, that focuses on customers' needs and provides a cheery atmosphere. They are all friendly and efficient, always do a quick and quality job and are very knowledgeable. When I entered today it was later in the afternoon and several customers were being helped. Both of the ladies looked up and spoke to me and I was helped very quickly. We are moving out of state next week. Every single time I have gone into the store I have emerged with my needs having been met in a quick and efficient way, also enjoying a bit of chit chat (Which I love). They absolutely know what they are doing.
It was great, the cashier was nice and tried to save us money. I would definitely refer this store to a friend!!!! I loved the accurate service.
