Dear UPS,

I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service.  I am unsure of her name, but a woman working at the UPS store on  Feb. 10th, this afternoon was extremely helpful.  In fact, she sent me a list of possible packages that I sent to Frontier.  The second package that she circled was the correct package.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.....now Frontier can not charge me for hundreds in TV and internet equipment that I returned promptly.

I recently mailed several packages with your employee, Lisa Hartley.  She was absolutley fabulous.  I shipped a couple of family heirlooms to my brother in Wisconsin, including a glass-fronted bookcase, and Lisa did an exquisite job of packing them up.  My brother reports that all of the boxes arrived safely with no damage.  She was extremely helpful, and I will go out of my way to work with her again at your store,
