PACK & SHIP PROMISE

You don't have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store. If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is damaged or lost, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, replacement or repair cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services, and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).

UPS Requires ID's to Ship

UPS is requiring all customers orignating a shipment at a retail location such as The UPS Store produce a government issued photo ID as for of identification to complete the shipment.  The photo must match the person tendering the shipment.  Please click HERE for more information.
