Joel along with his wife Helene own and operate this The UPS Store. Joel has many more years in the customer service business then he cares to admit. He loves what he does and will always try to satisfy the customer! Joel is also a Notary Public. He is also Vice President in the CDM Chamber of Commerce.

Helene is the other half of the management team who operate this store. They say "behind every great man is a great woman". In this case truer words were never spoken! Helene is a Notary Public.

Joe has been with us for over 2 years. He started out as a P/T HS student and now works full time with us while attending college locally. A very reliable and conciencious associate.

Steve is our "go to" guy. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the packing and shipping industry. He is always willing to help customers resolve their issues.  He is our Mr. "fix-it" when it comes to repairing store fixtures. Steve is a Notary Public.

Renee has been in customer service for a number of years. She loves to take care of customers and is always smiling.  She is a valuable asset to our organization. Renee is one of our  Notary Publics.

What can we say about Crystal that hasn't been said before? Attending college she juggles work and her schooling like a circus performer. Always full of energy, she loves to take care of customers. She is not afraid to lift up those heavy cartons either.
