3 easy steps to opening a mailbox with us
- Fill out our mailbox agreement and postal form 1583 (link at the bottom of this page)
- Bring both agreements into the store along with 2 forms of ID (full list of accepted ID is listed on form 1583). Common examples are driver's license; passport; voter registration cards; home or vehicle insurance cards; armed forces, government, university identification cards. Social security cards, credit cards and birth certificates are unacceptable as identification.
