All of your important letters and packages will be delivered to our location and held for you, even when you are not available to sign for them.
Physical Address
Your mailing address with our store will be a street address. You can receive deliveries from multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, California Overnight, and more.
24-Hour Access
Pick up your mail anytime with 24-hour access.
Call-in MailCheck Service
Need to know if an important letter or package has arrived, or just need to know if you have mail? Save yourself a trip by calling us and we can let you know what you have in your box.
E-mail Notification
You can receive an e-mail from us the moment your package arrives at our store at no extra charge.
Fax Receiving
Mailbox holders at our store can receive faxes for free. We hold them behind the counter or put them in your mailbox, whichever you choose.
Mail Forwarding and Holding
If you are traveling, or residing or working out of town, let us take away the stress of worrying about the safety and security of your mail and packages. We will hold your shipments at our location until you return. We can also forward your mail and packages to you whenever you need - daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or on-call. We can ship to domestic addresses and P.O. Boxes, as well as APO's and international addresses.
Resident Agent
We can help you set up your Nevada corporation. Resident agent services available upon request.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAILBOX APPLICATION (VIA E-MAIL, FAX, OR MAIL)
If you are unable to come to the store in person to open a mailbox, we can set one up for you via e-mail, fax, or mail.
1. Please call (775-746-3988) or e-mail (store3120@theupsstore.com) us so that we can send you the application.
2. Your signature on Form 1583 must be notarized.
3. Make certified copies of two forms of photo identification. A notary public will be able to do this for you. (Acceptable forms of photo identification include: Driver's license, Passport, State-issued identification card, Costco/Sam's Club card, Work ID, Student ID, etc. If you do not have a second form of photo identification, a copy of your vehicle registration, utility bill, or power bill will also suffice.)
4. Send everything to our e-mail store3120@theupsstore.com or fax (775)-746-3551. Once we receive your paperwork, we will call you to assign you a mailbox and complete the process.
5. Mail all of your original documentation to us at 10580 N McCarran Blvd #115, Reno, NV 89503.
