About Our Center
Your Sikeston, The UPS Store is a locally owned family business.  Current owners Keith & Linda Renfroe purchased the store in the spring of 2007 and moved the store to its current location at Shoppes at Lake Crossing in March the same year upgrading the fixtures and equipment.  Our primary objective is to create friendly family environment in which The UPS Store staff can be your personal and business solution to all your copy, shipping, packing needs.  We have over over 25 years in customer service experience.

 I'm moving to the Sikeston, MO area. Can I open a mailbox before arriving at my new location?
Yes. Visit our Mail Boxes page to learn more about opening your mail box with the UPS Store of Sikeston, MO. If you're currently a mailbox customer at another UPS Store, be sure to make arrangements to have your mail forwarded to your new location. 

Does your location provide packaging services? If so, how much do they charge?
Yes. At The UPS Store of Sikeston we are packaging professionals and take great care in securing your items for shipment. We use only the finest materials to ensure the safety of your items. There is a cost for packaging materials as well as a service fee for each package. 

Can your location ship my grandmother's china cabinet?
Yes. Please take a look at our shipping and packing options page for additional information about all of the types of items we can ship or receive for you. 

Will my neighborhood location come pick up and pack my items?
For those with special needs, we will pick up from your home. An additional fee of $10.00 will apply, plus the cost of shipping and packaging if necessary. Please give us a 24 hour notice for this service. We will also bring along all necessary documentation required to ship your package out. 

I have an issue relating to an international shipment? Whom do I contact?
If the item was shipped from our location, please contact us or call 573.471.2055. We will be happy to help you resolve any questions regarding your shipment. 

Is there a charge to drop off UPS packages that will be be billed to a different account or have a authorized return label on it?
No there is no charge. You may drop off your package and it will go out the same day.  All drop off packages must have your label on them or a prepaid return label, other wise we will need to make a shipping label. If there is packaging needed that cannot be billed to the account and you will have to pay for that separately.  We have had several local business switch to house accounts instead of their own account due to savings of time and money along with other services we provided.   

What time of the day does UPS pickup from your location?
We are the last pick up in town, So if your package is here before 5:35pm on the weekdays it will go out the same day. The only packages that are picked up on Saturday are Second Day and Next day Air packages at 2:00pm. No pickups are available on Sunday and all standard ground freight is picked up on Monday. 

Does UPS run on Saturday and Sunday?
The only packages that are delivered Saturday's are UPS Next Day Air for Saturday delivery. UPS unfortunately doesn't run on Sundays. 

Can I receive and send faxes from your location?
Yes, you can receive faxes (573.471.3424). Make sure that the sender lists your name in the attention line of the fax and it will be waiting for you once the fax is sent.
You may also send faxes from our location. 

What do I do if I have a heavy package that I can get it into the, car but I can't get out?
Please park in front of the store come in a ask one of our associates to help you and we'll get it out for you free of charge.
