Howard Lowe - Owner/Notary
Howard's background is in Product Development and Quality Control. He has spent several years writing quality standards for new products in the Bio-Medical industry. Much of his corporate experience has been transferred to his business operations. His center has achieved a score of 93.3% in the Customer Equity Index Program. The score ranks as one of the best in the network. When asked about this achievement, Howard simply replies --"the numbers also show we are 6.7% deficient...there is still room for improvement". |

Lorraine Lowe
Lorraine is from Scotland. She is known as 'the lady with the accent'. She leads our Document Service team. Her background is in journalism. Our Mailbox Services have been very successful due to her diligence. An occupancy rate of over 90% is a testament of her excellent job. |

Shambrina Gray
Shambrina celebrates her third year with The UPS Store in March 2010. She is our Senior Sales Associate. She has excellent customer relation skills. It's no wonder some customers request that Shambrina serves them when they come in to do business. Shambrina plans to own a fashion design business. She will do well. |

Stephanie Grey
Stephanie has been with us for over 2 years. She is a Psychology major--and on the Deans' list at her college. Stephanie is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. This has been an asset for our wide customer base. Stephanie is detail oriented. Customer satisfaction is always her primary aim. |

Rebecca Dennis
Our newest 'accent on the block', Becky hails from Nottingham in England. She joined us in March of this year. Married to a local former US soldier, Becky speaks French and has a BS degree in Property Management. Becky has added another dimension to our excellent customer service. |
