HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Just follow the steps below -- It's easy:
STEP 1: Download and print form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").
STEP 2: Complete the required (*) fields on the Order a New Mailbox form below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 3: Come into the store, email us (store2979@theupsstore.com), GET REAL and discover the benefits of mailbox services at The UPS Store:
or call us (770) 972-6233 to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and we will set up a payment method at that time.
Acceptable identification includes: valid driver's licence or state non-driver's identification card: armed forces, government, university, or recognize corporate identification card: passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization: current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust: voter or vehicle registration card or a home or vehicle insurance policy.
A photocopy of your identification will be retained by agent for verification.
