I have been going to the UPS Store in Green Hills for several years. I have been impressed that as long as I've been going (3 or so years) the same people are there. You don't find that many places! And they know my name! -- and it isn't even a bar. I have found that they are always friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't been able to stump them yet!! I had a problem with a delivery and the owner called and gave me his personal cell # and said he was working on it. Not only was the problem resolved within an hour, but I got a refund too, NO PROBLEMS! If I could recommend any place in Green HIlls, it would be The UPS Store! 5 Stars
