Best UPS Store in town! I have been shipping with this location for over 2 years and they have always provided stellar service. I have shipped things both big and small. If you want to be a 'happy customer,' this is the place! I have been using this UPS Store for over two years. The staff always does a great job of making sure my package is adequately protected from the unpredictableness of shipping. I have seen many others receive great service as well, and on the rare occasion that a problem does arise, I have seen quick and helpful resolutions. While visiting family in Nashville, we purchased a piece of framed artwork that we wanted to ship home. I was a bit apprehensive about leaving the large, unpacked piece with glass in someone else's care - but the patient clerk sensed my worry and allayed my fears. The piece arrived in fine condition on the outside and we were very pleased with the manner of packaging and the care given to the piece when we opened the carton.

I want to sincerely thank the efforts of Mr. Butler and the other employees of this store in their assistance in making a delivery to Ecuador. The Ecuadorian system proved to be difficult. However, this store continued to work on the problem and did not stop until the matter was resolved. They promptly returned all phone calls and gave timely status reports. Based upon the experience I had with UPS, I plan to use your services and especially the services at this particular store completely.
