Operation: S.W.A.K.
This year, let us help you with your Valentine's wishes. Operation: S.W.A.K. (Sealed With A Kiss) is an initiative to deliver Valentine's Day greetings to U.S. troops and veterans. From Feb 1 through Feb 14, we will provide free first-class postage (45 cents) for one-ounce valentines and letters to U.S. Military personnel stationed overseas. Additionally, if you purchase a Valentine's Day card from us, we will provide you a stamp as well.
