HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Just follow the steps below --It's easy:
STEP 1: Download and complete form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").
STEP 2: Complete the Order a New Mailbox form below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement
STEP 3: Come into the store, email us (store2270@theupsstore.com), or call us
(856)582-8882 to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and payment.
