If you meet the following requirements:
At least two years of Retail Experience, preferably at a mail store, The UPS Store, Mail Boxes Etc.
The ability to get a job done in different situations, keeping customers happy and leading others along the way.
Handling day to day tasks involved with managing 1 to 3 employees
Attention to detail is mandatory
The ability to lift up to 65 pounds
The desire and ability to work independently sometimes alone with no boss or manager, making sure the work still gets completed and customer service is top notch.
Previous copy/print or pack/ship experience
Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, etc...) Note: Must be familiar with and able to use, office equipment such as faxes, copy machines, and computers.
Be at least age 18.
Previous leadership experience in a team lead or management role preferred.
