If you bring an item into our store to have packed and shipped and during transit your item is either lost or damaged, you will be reimbursed 100% for the declared value or repair cost of the item*, retail packaging supplies and service, and the retail shipping cost!

* Each package has a declared value of up to $100 automatically.  Additional coverage may be purchased during time of shipment.  Must be able to provide proof of value or repair estimate in order to receive payment on the item.  You will be reimbursed the lesser of the two.
