How to Order a New Mailbox
If you are on-island, please come into the center to set up a mailbox.
If you are currently not located on the island of Oahu:
You may start the process of opening a New Mailbox by completing the mailbox service contract located in the Frequently Used Forms category on the left tool bar. Once you have completed the mailbox service agreement, copy two forms of identification for everyone of age eighteen or older and have the first page of the agreement notarized for all individuals over age eighteen. Fax or E-mail the agreement to the store and call the center (we ask that you mail or bring in the original paperwork upon your first visit to the store).
As soon as we receive the agreement and payment for the mailbox, we will assign you an address over the phone so that you can start forwarding your mail immediately!
