            According to the Plastic Loose Fill Council, an organization founded in 1991 to promote the reuse of polystyrene loose-fill, more than 30 percent of plastic loose-fill is used again. For business centers such as The UPS Store Kahala, that reuse rate can be as high as 50 percent.

            “We encourage people to recycle every day, not just on Earth Day,” said Larry Adler, The UPS Store franchisee. “This is our opportunity to help the environment, while providing a convenient solution for the Honolulu community.”
