So just what is a PMB?
PMB stands for Personal MailBox.  On the outside, it looks just like a post office box, on the inside it's... well it's a whole lot more than what you'd expect!

1.  It's a street address....On Johnston Street.!  -  If you're new to town and need to set up things like bank accounts and drivers licenses you are going to need a street address.  If you are a small/micro business owner, you want exposure on Johnston Street.  If you are living on the ULL campus and you want those care packages sent via UPS, you are going to need a street address.

**We accept delivery of packages from all carriers, so FEDEX, UPS, USPS, DHL, and freight packages are welcome when you rent a mailbox from our store.*** 

Hey Lafayette Dentists:  We have recently noticed that dentists use our store for a few things tht are key to their business.  We have dentists who have their US Mail delivered to our store for more security and privacy.  We have dentists who rent out a mailbox as a place for applicants to drop off resumes rather than crowding  their offices.  We also find ourselves shipping off dental impressions to be made into crowns.  So think about us when you need any of the above!

2.  It's your personal doorperson!  -  This means that we notify you whenever you receive a package. They method of notification is up to you:  we can call, text, or email.  Just let us know!    Don't want the hassle or heartbreak of checking an empty mail box?  You are also welcome to call us and we can check it for you!

3.  It's a consistent delivery time!  -  Are you at the end of your US Mail driver's delivery route?  Are you a business that depends on checks coming in?  We guarantee that your mail will be waiting for you, in your mailbox by 11:00am Monday - Saturday.  

4.  It's 24-hour access  -  You bet!  If you work offshore, the graveyard shift, or are just a night owl, you have the freedom to check your mail anytime you like.  If you will be needing to pick up a package after hours, just give us a call and we can have it waiting for you.

5.  It's never missing another delivery  -  We are open when the UPS trucks are delivering (EXCEPT MARDI GRAS!!!).  This is a huge one for people on the go.  We are finding that our mailboxes also work fabulously for service companies with traveling technicians who need somewhere to receive packages for upcoming jobs.

6.  It's your link to base camp  -  Some of our box holders work offshore, on the road, or on the river.  They need a place to stockpile their mail until they return, and we're just so happy to do that for them!  The same goes for our seasonal residents.  They check their mail when they're in town, and we forward it to them whenever they're away.  We forward once a week, once a month, or twice a month.  

7.  It's your VIP room  -  Our mailbox holders have proven to be long-term, loyal customers and we take special care of them.  Want to know more?  You know what you need to do...

What we need from you:  Feel free to fill out the online interest form!  We will receive notification via email and then get back to you to begin the process.  The easiest and cheepest way is to come into the store and fill out the necessary paperwork.  If you are not able to come in, we can send the application to via fax or email.  Please follow the corresponding instructions for notarization.  Upon request, we can  fax or email you a copy of all necessary paperwork.

Note:  Per US Government regulations Birth Certificates, Social Scurity, and Credit cards are not acceptible forms of identification.  Easiest accessible forms of identification tend to be current driver's licenses, car insurance/registration, and passports.
