Taking Care of Our Customers

We open early (7am Monday-Friday, 9am Saturdays), so now SHIPPING can be the first item you check off of your list for the day!  We also serve up fresh coffee for those looking for that extra "spring" to their step.  Do you have a package that is too large for you to carry?  We will come out to your car to get it.  Can't leave your car? Just call us from the parking lot and we'll be there to help you.

When you pay our store to pack and ship your package via UPS you activate a virtual umbilical cord between our store and your package.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

When you drop off your pre-paid UPS or USPS package to our store, we are simply passing the parcel to either the UPS or USPS driver as a conveninece for you.  PLEASE KEEP THE RECEIPT THAT WE GIVE YOU!  It has your tracking number on it.  Pleanse note that since we do not create a label for these packages, they do not bear a tracking number originating from our store.  This means that there is no virtual umbilical cord that we can tap in the event a problem occurs.
