STEP 1:  Download and complete form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent").

STEP 2:  Complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.

STEP 3:  Come into the store, or call us toll free at (877) 461-8361, or 605-342-7379 for pricing or current specials and to follow up on the application. We'll also need 2 forms of identification and payment.
