HOW DO I SIGN UP?

From individuals to large businesses, there are lots of ways to take advantage of the mailbox services at The UPS Store!  Just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way!  It's easy:

 STEP 1:  Download and complete our Mailbox Service Agreement and Postal Service 1583 Form.  (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent"). 

  STEP 2:  Print and Fill-in all required information and return to us by Fax, Email or In-Person. 

 STEP 3:  Come into the store, or call us at 973-538-0400 to verify our receipt of your  application.  We'll also need you to provide 2 forms of identification, and payment.
