HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Just follow the steps below -- It's easy:
STEP 1: Complete the required (*) fields on the Order a New Mailbox form below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 2: Download and print form 1583. Fill it out.
STEP 3: Come into the store, email us (store1643@theupsstore.com), or call us (810) 985-3400 to follow up on the application.
Remember we will need 2 forms of identification. We will set up a payment method at that time.
