I called on Friday to tell you that the freight shipment finally arrived, but you were out. I hope you got the message. The shipment was delayed by all the snow that we had. So finally on Friday they were able to deliver it.
Everything was in perfect condition! You guys did a fantastic packing job. Thank goodness that your husband put that solid foam board in those crates...because someone put a forklift tine into the side of the cedar chest crate...it went through the wood, and into the foam board - but did not come out the other side of the foam!! So the chest was not damaged at all. If he had not put that foam board in there - there would have been a hole in the side of the chest. So - yeah for your husband's crate building ability. Also - it is a great idea to mark where the screws are - that was extremely helpful.
Thank you for doing such a great packing job, including the inventory (which helped me make sure that I had uncovered all the packages in the sea of peanuts...), and helping us so much with organizing everything. You made this experience for us worry free - you are fantastic at what you do - and your customer service skills are amazing!!
