Dear Sue,
Having had the opportunity to be in your store 1-5 times per week over the past couple years I want you to know what a ‘breath of fresh air’ you and your capable staff are. I find it rare in today’s business arena to encounter such a friendly and consistent service orientated group of employees and ownership as I do with your store. Your employees, while effectively serving customers, always seem to have a smile on their face and a nice word or two for all those passing through your doors.
In my travels I work with varied clients, from individuals to corporations, other UPS stores and your competitors. I rarely find employees who appear to enjoy what they are doing. Frequently those employees present a negative persona I consider harmful to the success of their operation. Not so in your operation. Your people’s actions compel me to continue to use your service and I have brought different aspects of my business needs to you because in each task you and your team have consistently excelled. On top of that you work with me to reduce my operating expenses which I more than appreciate, especially in today’s economy.
Your reopening the store in late evening hours to facilitate my needs has helped me on a couple occasions but I can’t think of anything that demonstrates the caliber of service your operation delivers better than when you offered to open your store at 3:30 a.m. so I could drop off some last minute articles prior to my being on a plane at 6:00 a.m. That’s just unheard of – period! It also brings me back as a loyal consumer.

I have never been more satisified with a store. Sue and her employees run a shop that is customer first. They do their job with great accuracy and in a very timely manner. Sue has hired a great staff that has great knowledge of the current technology that allows them to serve the customer better. I cannot say enough how great this shop serves the individual customers as well as the community of Teller County.
