Dear Therese - 
    I am beholden to you for your kindness and generosity of spirit last Saturday as you worked with me to send my powerpoint files.
    As it turns out, I found out that they had received my CD of images...but the USPS confirmation has never come through.
    This experience has shaken my faith in the postal service.  It was a hard lesson to understand that cost is no indicator of efficiency.  You will continue to have my UPS business.
