"I was extremely satisfied with the UPS Store. I sold a laptop on Ebay and the buyer wanted it shipped via Next Day Air. I sent it off, and then the deal went sour. He had sent fake emails claiming to be from paypal that seemed to be real, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that they were fake. I rushed to call UPS (as the item at this time was already out for delivery!) They managed to stop the delivery and send back the laptop to me for a low fee. I was very thankful!"

I want to thank you for stepping up to the challenge! Not only did you do an
excellent job packaging an object weighing over 600 lbs. You and your people
kept me posted through the whole process, which allowed all others involved to
meet their time lines. With your skills and the proper tools you and John worked like
clockwork, making it possible to be ready for the shipper that same afternoon.
