How to Order a New Mailbox:

1. Fill out the form below and click Print.

2. A Mailbox Agreement Form will be printed for you to fill out at your convenience.

3. We will contact you.  For faster service, call us at 804-266-3477.  We will be happy to help you get started and tell you all about the services you can expect!

4. Mail, fax or bring the forms to the store. Forms are available in the store.
5. Rental periods of as little as 3 months are available.  Your mailbox agreement will automatically renew.
 

* Two forms of ID will be Required-Contact The UPS Store for details of acceptable ID.
