We charge UPS Retail shipping rates, with no additional markup.  If you ship at another retail shipping location, ask them if they mark up their shipping rates!

Our great pickup times

Need to ship late in the day?  Come on in!   We have convenient pickup times!  UPS Ground is picked up at 6:30pm Monday-Friday.  UPS Air and International parcels are picked up at 7pm Monday-Friday and 3:30pm Saturday!  You're welcome to bring in your drop-off packages.  You can get a receipt (good to have if you're returning something) and money-saving coupons to use later.

Notary public services

We offer notary public services.  We have four licensed notaries on staff.  Call ahead to 804-266-3477 for the best time to come in.  If your document requires witnesses, it is best to bring witnesses with you.  Please note that we do not notarize wills or other documents that require the notary to make statements about the capacity of the person signing the document.  We charge $5 per notary signature.  Our notaries can come to you by prior arrangement.  Additional fees may apply.

We assist families who need to ship valuable and delicate estate items.  We're members of the Richmond Senior Network. Please see our listing at www.seniornavigator.com.   Westminster-Canterbury and Imperial Plaza are near by.  We also work with some of Richmond's finest auction houses to pack and ship items purchased at online auction.

We offer large format printing up to 44 inches by 100 feet.  Great for large family tree charts!  We can print you biggest genealogy charts and ship them to you.  You may use any of the standard genealogy file formats.  Include photos and all the detail you want!  With our wide format family tree charts, everyone can see exactly what the family relationships are!  Upload your file at our document services page.
