-Package acceptance from all shipping carriers
Never miss a delivery.  We'll hold your packages in a secure location for pickup at your convenience - even oversized shipments.  You no longer have to wait at home for a delivery or risk having valuable shipments left on your doorstep.
-Call-in MailCheck. Save a trip.  Call to find out if you have mail.  We can tell you the sender's address and describe the envelope or parcel.

How to open a Mailbox?
You must open a mailbox in person. Together, we will fill out & sign an U.S. Postal Form 1583, Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent. 

You must provide two types of identification.
One must contain a photograph of the addressee(s).  Social Security cards, credit cards, and
birth certificates are unacceptable as identification.  Acceptable identification includes:
valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card; armed forces, government,
university, or recognized corporate identification card; passport, alien registration card or
certificate of naturalization; current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust; voter or vehicle registration card; or a home or vehicle insurance policy. A photocopy of your identifications will be retained.

In addition, you must complete a contract between you and The UPS Store for mailbox services.

If you are relocating to the area, you can reserve a box over the phone with payment. 
However your mailbox key and mail/packages will not be released to you until the PS1583 & Contract are completed.  Payment is not refundable.

Completion of the PS1583 will not change the delivery of the mail that is currently being delivered to your home or work.  To have this mail forwarded to your mailbox in The UPS Store by the US Postal Service, you will need to complete the Change of Address form at the Post Office or on-line at www.usps.com.
