• 24-hour secure access*- you pick up your mail when it’s convenient for you. 
• Package Security - we sign for all your packages so you’ll never miss a delivery and your packages will never be stolen
  
• Mail holding and forwarding+- so you can have peace of mind knowing your mail is held in a secure location or can be forwarded to you wherever you are.
• Over sized package acceptance - if the package does not fit into your mailbox, we will place a label in your mailbox letting you know you have a package.  Bring it to the front desk and we will retrieve your pacakage.
• Package acceptance from all shipping carriers - just because our name is The UPS Store does not mean we don't accept packages from all carriers.  UPS, Fedex, DHL (yes, they are still in business delivering international packages) and the postal service.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

From individuals to large businesses, there are lots of ways to take advantage of the mailbox services at The Victor UPS Store.  Just follow the steps below and you'll be on your way!  It's easy:

STEP 1:  Download and complete form 1583.  (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent").  (Fancy way of saying they want to know you get mail at our store.)

STEP 2:  Complete the required (*) fields below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.  

STEP 3:  Come into the store, email us (store1030@theupsstore.com), or call us (585-223-7010) to follow up on the application.  We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and payment of course.
