Dear Donna,    I just wanted to drop a note to thank you for all your help last Thursday with my computer being shipped back to Dell.  You are one of the few people left in retail that still go out of their way to help solve problems..... 

I wanted to let you know how helpful the ladies were....when I brought in an overnight package.  They informed me that the driver had already left.  Rather than sending me, they told me that they would take the package to another pickup location for me.  This was not only a great customer service effort but really helped me out!! 
I really appreciate their extra effort!!
