April has worked in the Mailboxes,Etc. / The UPS Store system for 9 years starting out as an employee in the Clarksville, MD location. After 4 years she accepted a position as an Operations Specialist in the Area Office training new owners and opening new stores in both Maryland and DC. She and her husband purchased this store on October 1, 2005. |

Gregory Nero
Although you may not see him often, Gregory is ever present behind the scenes. He and April decided to purchase this business in 2005 because of its location and its solid customer base. Severna Park is a thriving small town and they felt they could be happy and successful building a business in this close knit community. |

Trish has worked at The UPS Store for over 9 years. She is the rock that holds this store up. She may not know all of their names but she has kept the customers returning because of her dedication to their satisfaction, her jokes her laughter and because she thanks them for their smiles and pleasant atittudes! |
