Free Package Pickup Program

To qualify for this program:
 
1. A business must set up a house account with our store (free). This allows our store to keep track of monthly charges and charge your credit card once a month.

2. We will make pickups between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. The last pickup request must be made by 2:30pm. The location of a pickup must be within 5 miles of our store. We can also bring any needed shipping supplies (charged to your account) for your next shipment. Please call for availability each day.

3. At the end of each month, if you have shipped either 15 packages or more**, or a value of $150 or more on your house account, your pickup service for the month is free. If you do not reach one of these minimum levels, your account will be charged $25 for the month - a small fee for the convenience.

4. Please call or fax your request to our store. Please provide your name, contact number, address for pickup, and the service you require (UPS ground, Next Day Air, ect.). Call us if you do not have a copy of the request form and we will fax you a copy and bring an additional copy upon pickup for your next request.

**We cannot pick up prepaid shipping items (items that you have labeled) unless they are accompanying items that we will be generating labels for. Prepaid shipping items do not count toward the minimum 15 packages/month.



We will pack your shipment for you!

We have a large variety of box sizes. 71 to be exact.

If you have something oddly shaped and we do not carry a box that will fit your item, we will custom build a box for you!

Our Pack & Ship Promise

You don't have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store.  If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges).  Restrictions apply.
