Best customer service and knowledgeable staff. I had two items I thought were going to have to go by freight and was pleasantly surprised, my two cameras valued at $35,000 & $49,000 qualified to be shipped regular UPS 2 day air. I usually have my assistant handle transporting our equipment, however she had an emergency and I was left having to make the shipping arrangements. Our cameras arrived in perfect condition and I now know I will use this UPS Store for all of my future packing and shipping needs.

I highly recommend this store because the staff is knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions and concerns over shipping our cameras.

I’m writing to sing the praises of this Hillsboro UPS store, its staff, packaging services, and especially, owner Mary Myers— a professional, personable, “can do” lady who can make things happen. She is a jewel!

I live in coastal Alabama, and I bought a very large painting online at auction from a store in Hillsboro, OR. The snafu was that it had to be picked up in person. I found Mary’s store online, saw that it had rave reviews, and inquired if there was someone trustworthy there who could not only wrap and ship my painting, but actually go pick it up for me first. Mary did this herself!

My painting arrived in perfect condition this weekend, right on time, protected by bubble wrap, cardboard, and peanuts, in a custom-made box. Mary, thank you! You made my day!—not just for the painting, but by being you—someone willing to go the extra mile…someone who can still think “outside the box.”

I want to thank this UPS Store employees for going out of their way to make sure my print job was complete and ready to go prior to the time I required. My documents needed to be printed, bound, scanned to a CD and shipped Overnight to the New York for a Sales  presentation. I shipped a very large computer to Canada and you packed it perfectly. All my international shipments have arrived on time and packed without any problems. I appreciate the knowledgeable staff and will be back. I highly recommend this UPS Store for shipping items outside the US. The employees pack several computers and electronics with foam and double walled boxes. I even shipped a $48,000 part and I left the store knowing the part would be packed and shipped without any problems.
