Our Pack & Ship Promise
You don't have to worry about a thing at The UPS Store. If an item packed by our associates and shipped via UPS is lost or damaged in transit, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges). Shipping Service

If you are a company and have shipments that need to go out after your UPS driver has picked up, print the label using your account number and drop the package off at our UPS Store by 6:30 p.m. and it will get delivered on time.
