Thank you for all your help with getting my three big packages off for Christmas.  I hope you put this letter on your bulletin board because, I want everyone to know how easy you made it for me to send my packages.

You are fast, pleasant and knowledgeable.  I did not have to wait in line either time I was at you store.  In fact, yesterday you were open before 8:00 a.m. and let me go ahead and do my business -- most unlike many businesses.

I appreciate your focus on the customer and his/her needs.  Anytime I have to send a packge, I will use UPS -- and you store.  I also want the corporate office to know what a good job you do, so I am contacting them.

My name is Keyonna Hicks and I was in your store on October 11, 2008 and I just wanted to let you know that I had some awesome customer service from employees, Justin & Lydia.  I'd went to another UPS Store that day and they weren't very helpful at all.  I did not expect your employees at this store to be as helpful as they were.  I just wanted to put it out there that Justin & Lydia are awesome. 
They do a Great Job!

I must tell you I received the best service from your UPS store in Springfield, it was absolutely fantastic.  I arranged for a trucking company to pick up a Power Chair to ship to my elderly Mother in Washington, at the last minute they advised me the chair had to be packaged. I live in San Diego and had no idea how to get this done and the trucking company was of no help.  I remembered using the UPS store while visiting relatives in Springfield so I called to see if they had any ideas, fortunately Lou answered the phone.  Lou was incredible, he drove to my father in law's house and picked up the chair the next day, crated it and had it ready for pick up all for a great price.  

 

I know Springfield is not a small town but I sure got the small town treatment, Lou called and e-mailed me many times to keep me posted, truly amazing service.  If this is an example of how all your UPS stores operate congratulations, you have a great business model.
