The UPS Store in THE FOUR HILLS SHOPPING CENTER is the second-half of our business! Jan & her staff provide excellent & friendly customer service.  They have been our loyal partners for the past twelve years that we have been in business.  The packaging & shipping services are always professional and of high quality.  They even use pink static-safe bubble wrap for our sensitive electronics that we ship to protect the electronics from static discharge events.

For training manuals, we first email Power Point files to them. They then quickly create beautiful color training manuals for our students to use when attending our training classes. There is always a notary on staff for our important documents which require notary signatures. Since we have a home-based business, we do not want packages arriving to our house every day – their staff is at The UPS Store every workday (even Saturdays) to sign for deliveries from around the world.  After a package arrives, we immediately receive text messages to our cell phones and email addresses notifying us of the delivery.  This saves us a lot of time since we can schedule our pickup time based on exactly when the package(s) arrive. When we need to email an important paper document, they gladly scan it and email a PDF file to us.  By the time we get back to our office, the scanned PDF file is waiting for us in our email inbox so we can email it to our customer. Sometimes we cannot stop by The UPS Store to retrieve our mail until after business hours. Consequently, the 24-hour access they provide to us allows our team members to retrieve important mail from our UPS Store mailbox any time of the day or night. They even provide professional business cards for everyone in our business. We highly recommend Jan & her staff to people all the time who want to improve their company's brand image and stay profitable.

I had my mother here in Albuquerque NM for the week before mothers day.  We went to "Oldtown" and she saw a horsehair vase that she would not spend the money on but she really loved it. I bought it and shipped it from the UPS Store at Tramway and Central. I was very nervous about shipping a 300.00 vase after tax.
The people at the counter were pros.  The girl took notice to how special this shipment was. She reassured me that it would arrive safely.

Anyway thanks again for making my moms trip out here very memorable BY GETTING WHAT SHE WANTED TO HER IN ONE PIECE!
