HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Just follow the steps below -- It's easy:
STEP 1: Download and print form 1583. (This is the Post Office's "Application for Delivery of Mail through Agent"). THIS FORM MUST BE NOTARIZED or stop in the store to have us witness your signature.
STEP 2: Complete the required (*) fields on the Order a New Mailbox form below and click "Print" to print our Mailbox Agreement.
STEP 3: Come into the store, email us (store0363@theupsstore.com),
or call us (585) 247-7840 to follow up on the application. We'll also need to get 2 forms of identification, and we will assign a mailbox & set up payment method at this time.
